ANCIENT TECHNIQUES
Knot tying is one of the most ancient technologies predating the wheel and use of fire. One of our passions is to preserve the time-honored art of knotting while introducing modern combinations of colors, shapes and textures.
MODERN DESIGNS
We think it's important to experiment and look for new contemporary forms when we work within traditional techniques. We find our inspiration in natural forms and materials, traditional patterns and crafts, 20th century architecture, abstract works of the modern and minimalist art movements.
NATURAL MATERIALS
It’s never been more important to work with sustainable materials. We use only recycled cotton (OEKO-tex certified) and undyed natural linen cords for our textile art works. They need much less water than other fabrics including organic cotton and are 100% biodegradable. We are proud to use materials with a very low environmental impact.
COMMISIONS
All our works are totally hand made. That gives us flexibility to create custom pieces.

The whole process for most of our pieces takes roughly 3 to 4 weeks. For larger works please allow an additional 2-3 weeks.
